NRGshifter is unable to offer refunds or reschedule due to missed appointments.  Once you book your appointment that time is yours.  NRGshifter will be available during the entire original appointment time, even if it starts late.  

All information provided is for entertainment purposes only.  NRGshifter is not a doctor and cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything for medical needs.  Please consult your doctor for those things.

All sales are final.  Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  

NRGshifter reserves the right to refuse service or treatment to anyone who presents themselves in a manner that is not in compliance with what is considered to be "normal behavior" or under the influence of a mind-altering substance.
